Bill and Sylvia are amazing! I have known them for a few years and knew they were the right ones to help search for a new house for my family. It took a few months to find the perfect house for my growing family but we finally found it. They were very patient and understanding, they were able to find us everything on our list of wants in our new home! April, she is amazing as well, when there were off days or times we wanted to see houses she was there with us! And we appreciate everything the team at Symes has done for my family! Bill and Silvia at Symes Realty are amazing! They did not give up on us as my fiancé and I entered the journey of being first-time home buyers. They helped us explore our options and were very responsive when it came to setting up home viewings. They were very accommodating of our work/personal schedule. Bill always sent any important documentation to us via email to keep us in the loop on all the homes we were interested in. Their e-signature system was very easy to use and saved us so much time as we put offers on homes and signed documents. We are very thankful that even during this pandemic, Symes Realty did their best to make the process easy to understand and execute. Jeff helped us buy a rental property in 2015. He helped us understand the market and find the best investment for our needs and money. When we were interested in a new house this summer, he was an easy choice for our realtor. He was patient and never pushy as we took time to find the right house for us. Once we found a house, we had to list and sell ours fast. Jeff gave us advice on staging our home and had professional pictures taken. We had multiple offers and sold the first weekend it was listed for much more than asking or what we ever thought we’d get. We couldn’t be happier with all 3 experiences with Jeff. I would highly recommend Jeff Deguelle as a realtor. A few words to describe Jeff would be that he works extremely hard, honest, patient, very knowledgeable, and is available whenever you need him. Jeff really took the time to get to know us and would send me houses of ones he thought we would like (which was so helpful). If I found a house we liked, I would send him the address and he would reply or call back almost immediately. Another time, I called Jeff because we wanted to go look at a house that we didn’t think would be on the market for very long, he met us a hour later to go look at it. He is also very trustworthy and I feel like that is very important when looking for a realtor. We just closed on our new home and had a wonderful experience!! Being first time homeowners we had no clue where to begin our house searching process. I met Jeff just over a year ago and remembered him saying he was a realtor. After meeting with our bank, I instantly messaged Jeff to schedule a time for us to meet. Jeff responded immediately to my message and was very prompt on setting our first appointment with him. We met with him the following day, discussed what we were hoping to find and what we definetly needed in a home, along with the locations we were interested in. The following day we looked at our first home, fell in love with it and submitted an offer. 4 hours later Jeff called and told us the offer was excepted. Now the nerves and excitment really kicked in. Jeff reassured us that he was there to make the rest of the home buying process as smooth as possible, and that it was! Jeff was constantly in touch with us, available whenever we had questions and worked with our lender to move the process along as fast as possible. Just over 2 months later we closed on our new home (2 weeks earlier than expected). We are so grateful to have worked with Jeff and will highly recommend him to our family and friends!

Jeff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the homes we toured as well as the real estate market in general. He brings a strong background from the construction industry pointing out the positive and negative aspects in each home we toured.
